You’re in for a rap treat! Asian Doll exclusively shares her unreleased verse from Megan Thee Stallion’s song “Do It On The Tip” on Instagram live and it’s straight flames. Listen below:
Our girl chewed this beat all the way up so effortlessly. The question remains, why didn’t her verse make the final cut of Megan’s song? According to Asian Doll, she was the first one to lay a verse down. “I think I had did this before anybody else”, she states on Instagram live. As we know, City Girls were put on the final version of the song, which was later released with Megan’s album. The girls did their thing on the track, especially Asian Doll in this new snippet. Imagine somehow if both artists could’ve been incorporated on the track!
After playing her entire verse on Instagram live, Asian Doll repeated confusion and skepticism about why she was originally taken off the track. “Yeah I don’t know what Meg was thinking.” Both Megan Thee Stallion and Asian Doll are close friends, so there isn’t beef attached. Either way, both City Girls and Asian Doll did their thing like always, there’s no denying it.
Fans online began to speculate and share their thoughts across social media platforms on Asian Doll’s verse, take a look below.
I think the label made that decision about Asian Doll's verse and not Megan lol— Philaye (@PhilayeFilms) December 19, 2020
