Nicki Minaj Queen Radio

Rap royalty meets radio.

Three years ago today, Nicki Minaj held court in her very own Beats 1 show called Queen Radio. It became a big hit upon its August 2018 debut and has earned the rap mogul recognition as a dynamic radio personality.

At first, Queen Radio was set to be nothing more than a promotional effort for Minaj’s fourth studio album, but shortly grew in popularity and turned into a semi-regular program. Each episode, Nicki Minaj chats with her fanbase, unleashes surprises and special guests at every turn. Ariana Grande, Tyga, Lil Uzi Vert, Trina, 50 Cent and many more have joined in on the fun.

Last show held by Minaj was February 2020, leaving fans replaying old clips back to back from previous episodes. But not to worry as the rapper teased Queen Radio might’ve found a new home last month.

“maybe a new home for Queen Radio & man oh man. Can’t wait to have fun wit you guys again. This sht gon b so epic,” she added. “But the things I have to say will be said in the right environment @ the right time. Plus, if you know me, I have to write about it first. Album tingz.”

Nicki Minaj continues to build anticipation as the weeks go by, but we trust the process. In the meantime, prepare for her new docuseries with HBO Max comng sometime this Fall.
